Farm Operation in Clear Lake, MN
BOGE C20LN Rotary Screw Compressor
Startup follow-up and minor preventative maintenance on a BOGE rotary screw compressor for a farm operation in Princeton, MN.

The farm needed dependable compressed air for daily agricultural operations and wanted the compressor checked after startup and early service use. The unit required routine filter and separator service, an oil-level correction, cooler cleaning, pressure setting adjustment, and operator guidance on what to monitor between service visits.
Performed preventative maintenance on the BOGE rotary screw compressor: took an oil sample, corrected the oil level, replaced the air filter element, oil filter, separator, scavenge filter, and load/unload solenoid wear parts, cleaned the air filter housing and cooler, reset service timers, cleaned and reinstalled the thermostat, and adjusted operating pressure to the farm's requested setting.
The compressor restarted with no leaks and operated normally after service. The farm team received a practical handoff on compressor functions and monitoring items, with a clear note to watch the thermostat response during future operation.
