The Challenge
The farm needed help diagnosing oil loss on its main rotary screw compressor while also keeping a second compressor maintained for backup compressed air capacity.
The Solution
Inspected oil residue, cleaned the air filter housing, topped the compressor to the correct oil level, replaced separator and filtration components, cleaned the scavenge line, and performed major maintenance on the second compressor including oil, filter, separator, belt, and cooler service.
