The Challenge

The production facility needed minor preventative maintenance and oil-leak diagnosis on a high-hour rotary screw compressor while planning ahead for future major service and backup-unit checks.

The Solution

Took an oil sample, topped off oil, replaced oil filter, separator, air filter, scavenge filter, and solenoid valve kit, inspected belt condition and tension, blew out the cooler, reset service timers, checked dryer operation, and reseated the load/unload solenoid during leak diagnosis.
