The Challenge
The facility was expanding and reconfiguring production areas, requiring compressed air piping across multiple rooms along with relocation of the compressor, tank, dryer, and filtration. Ongoing service also uncovered dryer access limitations, drain maintenance needs, and a piping leak caused by a missing O-ring.
The Solution
Installed compressed air piping through the new production areas, relocated and anchored the compressor package, tank, dryer, and filter housing, serviced the compressor and dryer, installed an automatic drain where needed, maintained the oil-water separator, and repaired the leaking fitting by replacing the missing O-ring.
